Property markets in general are slow to evolve, opaque and inefficient. While some countries like the UK are better than others, there is still significant scope to innovate and improve. Areas that need consideration include making transactions more efficient, faster, increasing security, reducing the number of parties involved in a transaction, and most importantly, reducing costs. Zisk Properties was founded precisely to tackle these challenges, with the aim to innovate while helping everyone to access properties with ease and convenience.

Our Story
2014
Javed and Zafer lay the foundation of Zisk Properties in London, United Kingdom - to revolutionise the property industry.
2015
Company structure and team is finalised along with securing key partnerships with property developers and real estate markets are established.
2016
A successful pilot is undertaken to build the property platform and
underlying foundation.
The company expands its operations to the UAE markets and secures the real estate license in
UAE.
2017
The Zisk Properties platform is built with a fully automated investment portal, waiting for the FCA license. A revised marketing and sales strategy is also finalised to increase the revenue pipeline.
2018
Zisk Properties gets registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a Small Alternative Investment Fund Manager. The investment platform gets live.
2019
Zisk Properties wins the Best Property Investment Platform and Ones to Watch Property Investments awards.
2020
ZIsk Properties starts developing two projects in London with McBull, in Pinner and Bushey, with a combined GDV of €15+ million.
2021
Zisk Properties rebrands and further refines its technology platform,
completely re-thought and developed in-house from the ground up, offering a fully integrated
online experience for its investors and clients.
In addition, Zisk Properties restructures its property fund to launch Zisk Investments - the
FCA registered fund now being able to offer additional asset classes as investment opportunities
to our investors and clients, including crypto-assets, f/x trading, stocks, pre-seed startups
and, of course, property.

Challenge
Greg was unable to achieve a profit on his 2 block of flats, even with the help of a full-service property manager.
Solution
We restructured the financing deal, replaced the tenants offering higher rents and reduced management costs, increasing his net annual income.
Funding
Challenge
An EU-based 5-star hotel project with GDV of €30+ million was unable to secure new funding, with the previous funding loan interest being extremely high, resulting in bringing the project to a halt.
Solution
We refined the project strategy including reworking the financials, pre-sold 25% of the project to our investors improving the overall cashflow while reducing the funding requirements, secured new funding through our partners with significantly better terms. By 50% completion of the project, we had sold off the entire project.
Growth
Challenge
Phil wanted to build a diversified investment portfolio with £12.5 million to invest that was able to achieve high annual returns.
Solution
Through Zisk Investments, Phil was offered property investment opportunities, diversified across geography and type of return (high rental yields and high capital growth opportunities). Part of the portfolio was diversified into other higher risk, higher return asset classes including crypto-assets, resulting an overall return of over 50% per year.
